Cleanse: Clean your sea moss by placing in a bowl and covering with water. Begin to massage the sea moss making sure to thoroughly clean your sea moss of any debris. Rinse and repeat 2-3 times.
Soak: Soak your sea moss with clean water I used (spring water). Add the juice of one line and soak for 8-12 hours.
Soften: Soften your dates by soaking them in boiling water for 10 -15 minutes. Be sure to remove the pits from the dates. You can do this stick before or after soaking.
Add: Add your soaked sea moss, frozen fruit, softened dates, water, and sea salt (optional) to a super high-speed blender such as a vitamin.
Blend: Blend until completely smooth until it is about the consistency of baby food. Enjoy immediately or place into a clean mason jar or a clean glass jar with a lid.
